About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Allturf, you’ll be the link between our trusted product lines and the people who rely on them—golf course superintendents, turf managers, and municipal leaders. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that elevate their turf management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the turf industry
- Provide expertise and sell turf products including fertilizers, seed, pest management tools, and more
- Stay current on industry trends, research, and product developments
- Collaborate with the Allturf team to ensure efficient, ethical, and timely service
- Represent Allturf at trade shows, field days, and professional events
What You Bring
- 2+ years in sales, agronomy, turf management, or a related industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving
- A passion for golf, turf, or outdoor environments
- Knowledge of IPM and sustainable turf practices (or a willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within Ontario
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or similar
- Experience working on a golf course or in sports turf management
- Familiarity with plant protection products and their application
