Allturf Ltd acquires majority stake in Evergreen Bio Innovations Ltd.
INNISFIL, ON April 9, 2025 – Allturf Ltd (“Allturf”) is pleased to announce their majority acquisition
of Evergreen Bio Innovations Ltd. (“EBI”), a leading Canadian supplier of plant and soil health products in
lawn care and golf markets. EBI’s existing shareholders, Justin Parsons, Shane Swantek and Richard Reed
will retain their equity stakes and continue leading the business.
EBI is a leader in providing strong technical and agronomic support with respect to soil and plant
interactions. Its diverse and growing portfolio includes control and fertility products, biological inoculants,
grass seed and spray assist products.
